(“Himalayan Art,” “we” or “our”) provides a service for viewing, selling and purchasing original works of art from the artists across the Himalayan Ranges through our website, accessible at www.himalayan-art.com (the “Site”) or mobile application (the “Mobile Application”) together with any services, software, tools, features or functionality made available by Himalayan-Art.com (each, a “Service” and collectively, the “Services”). Please read carefully the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which may be found at www.himalayan-art.com/privacy-policy (the “Privacy Policy”).

This Shipping Policy provide information regarding shipment of the product after your order has been placed with us.
When will Shipment Initiate?
Orders will be shipped from 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Our cut-off time is 12 pm (EST). Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed as received in the following business day.
Please ensure all delivery information (your name, contact) and delivery address is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Shipping Service
We shall use a standard shipping service – eg: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL – that provide a tracking number. We will share the tracking number with you.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping in USA and Canda. There will be a shipping fee outside USA and Canada that you can see in the Cart while you are checking out in your purchase process.
Are Custom Fees or Duties included for International Shipping (outside USA)?
No. Customers must check with local authorities about any applicable custom or duty fees. Buyers are responsible for any Duties and Import Taxes that may apply.
Business Website Partner LLC (Himalayan-Art.com) is not responsible or cannot advise in regards to this matter since custom fees and duties are different for each country.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
How do I change, modify, or cancel an order?
We understand that change happens. If you must cancel, change or modify your order, please contact us immediately through email at hello@himalayan-art.com.
A member of our team must confirm all changes or cancellations. This ensures that we are all on the same page, and your order has not gone to production or has shipped already.
PLEASE NOTE:
Orders that have been shipped already will have to follow the same rules as our Return Policy.
How do you ship Art Paintings?
Canvas based Art paintings are shipped in a cylindrical packaging tube, covered externally with a plastic wrap.
Do you offer Frames for Art Paintings?
No. As of now, we do not ship Art Paintings in Frames. Art paintings are shipped as rolled over canvas in a cylindrical packaging tube, covered externally with a plastic wrap.
How do you ship larger Art that are not Paintings?
Any art product that is not a painting, eg: Sculptures, Metal Art, Wood Art, Fabric or Apparel are shipped in the standard cardboard box.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
As of now, we do not offer Express Shipping.
Do you require signature by the Buyer for Delivery?
Yes. Our Art requires a signature by the Buyer upon delivery. This is our policy because we want our art to arrive safely to your home. While we don’t offer the option to waive the signature, you can work directly with the mail carrier to modify your delivery in case you won’t be home to sign for it. Some carriers can also hold your order for pickup at a convenient location or will allow you to pick a different delivery date. This requires that you reach out to your carrier directly to start the process.
Can I change the shipping address once the order has been placed?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can still change the address for you. For changing the delivery address, please write an email to: hello@himalayan-art.com.
Changing order information will delay the shipment.
Does free shipping apply to all orders?
Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and Canada.
What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
In the event that products are returned to us due to customers failing to pick up their package, we may charge a shipping fee from you. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
